The Heart

In the depths of my heart there lives a feral woman,
Unbridaled and painfully caged.
It is often that I experience her,
In laughter,
In tears,
In ways no other can comprehend.
I safe guard my relationship with her,
For she brings me unto myself.
It is her bright spirit that is the crystal,
The vibration that makes me breathe.
Yet, in her playfulness,
She steals my breath
And fleeting moments of my time.
She distracts me from all others,
Who would have my attentions,
And that is as it should be.
I trust her and believe in her,
I honor her and respect her,
I am her friend in every way imaginable.
May I always embrace the depths of my heart.

Here you will find musing of the Goddess and historical information on Herstory. I will also share my thoughts on the northern isles [Ireland, Whales, Scottland] that have retained the deeply ancient pagan traditions known as the Faery Faith. This is my journey and my truth, as I have come to understand it.

For flavoring, I've added the RSS feeds from the blogs of other sisters who speak their truth. Not all postings here will be my own, for the Goddess has many voices and all are relevant.
